A brooch/pendant by Cartier — the Parisian house long called "the jeweler of kings". Worked in 18-karat yellow gold weighing 10.30 grams, 1980's.

Set with two round brilliant diamonds of 0.03 total carats (G-H color, VS1–VS2 clarity), a carved chalcedony (Green color), and a carved chalcedony (Blue color).
